A local retreat for the Alternatives of Essen. A place where you main stream in trying to be not main stream.
The beers are a bit highly priced, and sporadically there will be absolutely no chair left. In summer, it is a great place for sitting outdoors. More so for, alternative, Flea Market loving people who still want to be seen.

Nice little cafe in the midst of the city, yet within a sorta-backyard surrounded by trees. Old and unique furniture give it a peculiar atmospher. The cocktails are good too. All in all a laid back and welcoming place

Loved the atmosphere and the music. Really nice place to hangout, especially when it's good weather to sit outside.

Nice bar with unique style. Nice outdoor seating with view of a little park/playground. Friendly staff and okay selection of beers.

Very cosy and hipster place, drinks and atmosphere are top but unfortunately they don't serve anything to eat
