I’m an Albanian costumer, and I can say that this is the best coffee I have ever been. This is my favorite coffe in Essen for many reasons. I want to start with tha staff, they are clearly the best ever, they are always nice and friendly, and for me as an foreigner its really important. Also the food and the drinks and everything else is on top for me. Can’t wait to visit them again when I’m back in Deutschland????????????.

I'm sorry for giving just two stars because the place in fact it's nice u0026 the food it's also good
The problem it's with the service because you have to wait for a coffee a lifetime while you're able to eat as much as you want with your "breakfast buffet"
It's not the first time I came here and it has been always the same way
Today was the worst experience because I asked for a sparkling water and the bill. They came with two waters and the bill. It was impossible for me to explain that I just wanted one water (and of course I asked for "einmal Mineralwasser" in perfect German)

And of course it wouldn't kill anybody if the staff attend to you like they care and not like they're doing you a favor just for asking if you want to take something to drink

Good place for breakfast in the city center. Open on Sundays as well. They have breakfast buffet and also other breakfast options in the menu. We had Muchos Grande, and it was delicious.

Best place to chill in Essen with friends. Cocktail is good and the food as well.

Nothing outstanding in terms of food or service. The reason why we ended up there was pure convenience.
Unfortunately, during my visit I encountered bad service and boring coffee despite having a proper machine. Prices are slightly elevated and don't feel justified. Having said that nothing really bad. It just feels like mass production gastronomy without any character.
