No hot water u0026 the internet wouldn’t connect. There was no one at reception to speak to at the time. When I went down the following morning, the man at reception was so rude. I was able to cancel my 2nd night and went to a different hotel. Also, there’s no lift which is terrible if you’re on the third floor like I was.

Doch wenn man die Rezensionen hier so liest, scheint das schon länger der Fall zu sein. Fragt sich, ob da wirklich was passiert. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Unser Zimmer lag zur Rückseite und war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich.
Für ein Wochenende in Erfurt und quasi nur zum Schlafen wie erwähnt auf Grund der Lage empfehlenswert.

Ein Vorteil ist die gute Lage, ansonsten ist alles unterirdisch. Die Zimmer sind eklig, entsprechen überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf der Homepage. Hellhörig, ungeheizt und unterstes Niveau. Wenigstens das Bett war okay. Die Hausleitung war unfreundlich und offensichtlich nicht gut orientiert. Ich hatte vier Einzelzimmer gebucht und bekam zwei Doppelzimmer, das Hotel war hoffnungslos überbucht. Die Hausleitung gab keinerlei Unterstützung bei der Suche nach Ersatz. Nette Unterstützung bekam ich dann in einem Hotel in der Nähe, die Dame hat solange telefoniert, bis wir für jeden ein Zimmer hatten.

Fazit: Nie wieder Bärliner Hotel !!!

Zentrumsnahes einfaches Hotel.9€ fürs Frühstück fand ich zu viel.Mit der Sauberkeit haberte es auch (2 Tage keinen Zimmerservice )Personal war sehr nett. Positiv fand ich das Hunde erlaubt waren und man sie mit in den Frühstücksraum nehmen durfte und kein Aufpreis verlangt wurde.Für einfache Ansprüche zu empfehlen.
