Es wird aber nicht erwähnt das pro Wohnung nur ein Parkplatz angedacht ist. Die Mitarbeiterin war dann, unser Empfinden , ziemlich genervt- weil wir darüber nicht begeistert waren ( parken in Erfurt ist nicht gerade einfach). Wir hatten dann allerdings Glück da andere, neu angereisten Gäste, ihren Parkplatz nicht gebraucht haben.

There is an elevator in the building, but unfortunately it does not go to the underground car park. Therefore you have to go up two long flights of stairs, which is inconvenient if you have several suitcases. But at least there is this underground car park (observe the maximum car size and weight!) and you don't have to look for a free space on the street.
The reception is in the Ballenberger restaurant and has nice staff. Incidentally, you can have a very good breakfast in the Ballenberger (à la carte, expensive)!

All in all, always a great stay!

Wir kommen seit langer Zeit immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel, wenn wir auf der Durchreise sind. Es ist absolut zentral gelegen und hat nur sehr wenige Apartments.
Die Apartments sind individuell gestaltet mit geräumigen Bädern, Schlafzimmern und Wohnbereichen. Insgesamt sehr sauber, jedoch sind viele Möbelstücke schon recht abgewohnt und sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Wohnküche hat alles was man jemals gebrauchen könnte - Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschbecken, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Eierkocher, Geschirr, ...
Es gibt im Gebäude einen Aufzug, der aber leider nicht in die Tiefgarage führt. Deshalb muss man zwei lange Treppen hochgehen, was bei mehreren Koffern ungünstig ist. Aber wenigstens gibt es diese Tiefgarage (maximale PKW Größe und Gewicht beachten!) und man muss sich keinen freien Platz an der Straße suchen.
Die Rezeption befindet sich im Restaurant Ballenberger und hat nettes Personal. Im Ballenberger kann man übrigens sehr gut Frühstücken (à la carte, hochpreisig)!

Insgesamt ein immer wieder super Aufenthalt!

Die Zimmer liegen sehr zentral, sind mit einer schönen, kleinen Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Geschirrspüler sowie Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Die Gestaltung war sehr liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Auch als Familie mit 1 Kind/Baby waren wir willkommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Von der Unterkunft ist es fußläufig nur ein Katzensprung in die historische Altstadt (insbesondere die Krämerbrücke) entfernt.

Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

The dishwasher and refrigerator haven't been cleaned for months, the bare foam is sticking out of the sofa, the chrome strips are dusty in the bathroom, the balcony floor is covered with moss, the TV doesn't work, the WiFi router is right next to the bed in the bedroom. On the positive side are the beds and the location. The breakfast is good, but quite expensive, but there are also very good alternatives in the area.

Nach all den positiven Rezensionen bei Booking.com und hier haben wir uns entschlossen, hier 2 Nächte zu verbringen. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Der kostenlose Tiefgaragenplatz war nicht verfügbar und wir mussten unser Auto 1 km entfernt in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus gegen Gebühr abstellen. Man hat uns auch kein alternatives Angebot unterbreitet. Die Wohnung war nicht in bestem Zustand und schmutzig. Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank seit Monaten nicht gereinigt, am Sofa schaut der blanke Schaumstoff raus, im Bad die Chromleisten verstaubt, Balkonboden mit Moos bewachsen, TV funktioniert nicht, WLan Router direkt neben dem Bett im Schlafzimmer. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die Betten und die Lage. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber recht teuer.Es gibt aber in der Umgebung auch sehr gute Alternativen.
