Meat: Of all the kebabs I've eaten in Erfurt lately, the meat is my clear favorite.

Bread: The flatbread is homemade and tastes very good.

Salad: The salad selection is just as it should be for any proper kebab, fresh and tasty.

Sauce: Firat Döner has garlic, yoghurt and a spicy sauce. I mostly use yogurt and hot sauce. I can especially recommend the yogurt sauce.

Ambience: The shop has an indoor and an outdoor area which is separated from the footpath by a hedge. Inside there are tables for 12 people and outside there are usually 2 tables with 4 seats each. In adaptation to the current editions caused by Corona, there is also an order window in which you can conveniently order and pay from the outside area without having to enter the shop.

Service: The team is always very friendly and courteous. At Firat Döner there are two actions that I particularly like. On the one hand there is a stamp card with which you get a kebab for free if you collect 10 stamps and on the other hand there are different days of action on which the selected dishes are reduced by € 1. Monday is pizza day, Wednesday is pasta day, Thursday schnitzel day and Friday is the most important day: the kebab day, on which each kebab is € 0.50 cheaper.
Firat Döner is open continuously until 10:30 p.m. The only downside is that Firat is unfortunately closed on Saturday. So if you want to eat a kebab on the weekend you have to look for an alternative.

Price: € 4.00

Conclusion: As you can certainly see from the rating, Firat Döner is currently one of my personal favorites in Erfurt. Not only the yoghurt sauce is highly recommended, the meat / salad ratio is also really good and after a kebab you are definitely full for the next few hours.
So if you want to eat one of the best kebab in Erfurt in my opinion, you only have to pay a visit to Leipziger Platz and Firat kebab.

Fleisch: Das Fleisch ist von allen Dönern die ich in letzter Zeit in Erfurt gegessen habe mein klarer Favorit.

Brot: Das Fladenbrot wird selbstgemacht und schmeckt sehr gut.

Salat: Die Salatauswahl ist so wie sie bei jeden ordentlichen Döner sein sollte, frisch und lecker.

Soße: Bei Firat Döner gibt es Knoblauch- Joghurt- und eine scharfe Soße. Ich nehme meistens Joghurt- und scharfe Soße. Besonders kann ich die Joghurtsoße empfehlen.

Ambiente: Der Laden verfügt über einen Innen- und einen Außenbereich welcher mit einer Hecke vom Fußweg getrennt wird. Im Innenraum sind etwa Tische für 12 Personen und im Außenbereich gibt es im Sommer meistens noch 2 Tische mit jeweils 4 Plätzen. In Anpassung an die aktuellen Auflagen bedingt durch Corona gibt es auch ein Bestellfenster, bei welchem man bequem vom Außenbereich bestellen und bezahlen kann ohne den Laden betreten zu müssen.

Service: Das Team ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Firat Döner gibt es zwei Aktionen welche mir besonders gefallen. Zum einen gibt es eine Stempelkarte bei welcher man bei 10 gesammelten Stempeln einen Döner gratis erhält und zum anderen gibt es verschiedene Aktionstage, bei welchen die ausgewählten Gerichte um 1€ reduziert sind. Montag ist Pizzatag, Mittwoch Nudeltag, Donnerstag Schnitzeltag und Freitag der wichtigste Tag: der Dönertag, bei welchen jeder Döner 0,50€ günstiger ist.
Firat Döner hat durchgängig bis 22:30 geöffnet. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist jedoch, das Firat am Samstag leider geschlossen ist. Wenn man also am Wochenende einen Döner essen gehen will muss man sich nach einer Alternative umsehen.

Preis: 4,00€

Fazit: Wie man bestimmt schon aus der Bewertung entnehmen kann zählt Firat Döner aktuell zu meinen persönlichen Favoriten in Erfurt. Nicht nur die Joghurtsoße ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch ist das Verhältnis von Fleisch/Salat echt Gut und man ist nach einen Döner definitiv für die nächsten Stunden gesättigt.
Wer also meiner Meinung nach einen der besten Döner in Erfurt essen will muss nur zum Leipziger Platz und Firat Döner einen Besuch abstatten.
