Der Besuch heute war sehr enttäuschend.
Zu meinem grossem Milchkaffee bestellte ich eine Bockwurst im Brötchen, die Kassierin übergab mir eine Tüte was mich bereits wunderte da die an Tankstellen gängige Bockwurst im Brötchen eigentlich zumeist direkt gegessen wird.
Der Grund war einfach, daß Brötchen aufzuschneiden war wohl zu viel verlangt, ok macht man halt selbst aufgerissen ist es ja schnell, klar das Auge isst mit kann man aber drüber weg sehen das Service für die junge Dame nicht so wichtig ist.
Als ich dann fragte ob ich etwas Senf dazu bekommen könne antwortete sie nur knapp es gäbe keinen.
Meine Bemerkung das ich, wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, das Produkt evtl nicht gekauft hätte ignorierte sie dann einfach.
Bei so viel Konkurrenz im direkten Umfeld ist es schade das Service hier so wenig zählt, kenne ich von anderen Aral Tankstellen so nicht

Heute morgen tanken,20 Minuten Wartezeit,da unzählige Amazon Transporter die komplette Tankstelle blockieren und nach dem Bezahlen die Säule nicht freimachen. Da werden Fenster geputzt und sich unterhalten,die normalen Kunden können ja warten. Im Laden Kassendame angesprochen,da sagt das junge Ding zu mir,ich solle woanders hinfahren wenn es mir nicht passt. Ich tanke seit 30 Jahren dort, aber sowas unverschämtes ist mir noch nicht passiert,wird noch batzig und frech. Ist glaube noch nicht lange da, aber sowas gehört nicht hinter den Tresen. Schade das die Chefin nicht da war,aber eine große Beschwerde wird sie von mir noch erhalten. Die einfachen Bürger sind hier scheinbar nicht mehr erwünscht!!! Von dieser Dame in der Frühschicht sollte man sich jedenfalls trennen, ihren Namen wollte sie mir nicht sagen. Ich sage nur danke ARAL,so geht's nicht weiter.
