There is a wonderful customer service here.
If you ask the store clerk about their products, they will tell you very kindly.
I shopped here last year and the customer service was great. I visited this time without any particular shopping plans, but the quality of customer service has not changed.
The customer service is so great that I didn’t buy anything.
Nest time, I will buy something here.

Great atmosphere.. wide selection of products.
Very friendly staffs, and yes they speak English.

I have been here around 3 times just to buy their well known knifes and cooking wares as gift to my relatives who loves to cook back in my home country.

If you are a foreigner looking for a good present to bring it back to your home country for your relatives or friends... this is a shop which has good quality kitchenware products from Germany. recommended!

Clerks are very kind when they sell something and they are very unkind when they have to do follow-up service for the products that they sold.
