Complete apathy to the customer experience. They have no reception because it’s easier for them, but if you have bags you need to drop off early…too bad. I was arriving at 1:30 PM (their check out is at 11 AM) and asked if they could prioritize the cleaning of my room so I could get PIN access quicker (how you get into the facility). The request wasn’t even considered. An extremely rude woman named Lucia just repeatedly said “there is nothing we can do, check in is at 3 PM”. As though if housekeeping was asked to clean my room first, they would be horrendously inconvenienced. She even claimed that because someone was still in the room, it was impossible to address, while acknowledging that the check out time would be 11.

They simply don’t care. And it’s the lack of desire to help people that means they deserve a bad review. I cancelled and booked Max Hotel, which immediately confirmed all my details and set me up with a 12 PM check in that I didn’t even have to ask for.

The check-in and registration process is garbage. I booked through Hotels.com and when I showed up at the hotel there was no staff reception. Front doors were locked. Called a number that was left on the front door, and got this runaround for almost 45 minutes on how to get the registration process complete.

Nice hotel to stay. Buy your water in advance, otherwise you have to get it from the vending machine and it only has mineral water.

Okay hotel, not bad. We had room with kitchenette. Poor view, on 'Hof'.

Central location just off the old city with a nice large meeting room that can be used both for business meetings or, live performances.
