First of all, the food was great and delicious! But the waitress gave us an unwelcoming vibe that night. I asked her politely if I can get some water for my dog. She replied with: you can take the box (old aluminum takeaway box) right there and go to the toilet to get water for your dog. Bad customer service 10/10! I did not expected that answer at all.. she tried to avoid our table the whole night and did not even looked at us. Even when we pay she did not even care to pay attention. No thank you or anything. We will definitely not coming back even when the food was good. You should work on your customer service skills which is so important in the hospitality industry.

I had the pizza and my friend the seafood spaghetti, both were amazing! Service really good and friendly and timely even though the place was packed and we were outside on the terrace. The wine was really good as well. Definitely recommend this place if you are in Düsseldorf.

The best pizza I’ve ever had in Düsseldorf. Unique cuisine, perfect tastes, relaxed environment, cool and humble waiters. This all convinced me to write my first review on Google.

Calamari was enjoyable but the pizza was average. What was very disappointing was how rude the manager was to us. When we asked if we could move to a different table, the waitress i charge of our table said yes. We then moved and after the manager said “You cannot just move from one table to another” in a very rude way. It just ruined out evening. We will never go back and we will tell our friends to never come here to avoid such experience.

Terrible hospitality. I would not recommend this restaurant at all!

We’re friends having a farewell dinner after living in Düsseldorf for quite some time. We originally booked for 4 people but 2 had to cancel due to an emergency. Later in the meal, we asked a waitress if we could move to the 2-person table because we were assigned to a table in a dark corner. She said yes so we started to settle down in the new table. The manager walked directly to us and reprimanded us as if we have stolen something from the restaurant and shooed us back to the dark-cornered table.

Only one word: Disappointing

one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to in Dusseldorf, Germany! The dish I chose was divine! I recommend it and it's well worth a visit!
