(Translated by Google) I bought a Lelit MaraX with a Quamar grinder in the Sweetcafé Düsseldorf two weeks ago. About 3 weeks ago I got sensible advice there for the first time. Unfortunately, the previous consultation with a well-known coffee and portafilter machine distributor in the port of Neuss was not informative at all and they didn't really want to help me. It was completely different in the Sweetcafé: I was there with my father for 1 hour and was introduced to the world of portafilters. After some time to think about it, I came back a week later with my boyfriend and we were allowed to froth our oat milk on the machine and prepare our first cappuccino. Always lots of tips and tricks from the pros - great! Now, 2 weeks later, the machine and grinder have settled in and the espresso/cappuccino is getting better and better! So far we are very satisfied. There were also coffee beans and accessories. I would love to come back (for service at the latest) and can only recommend the shop :) Keep it up!

Ich habe mir im Sweetcafé Düsseldorf vor nun 2 Wochen eine Lelit MaraX mit Quamar Mühle zugelegt. Vor ca. 3 Wochen habe ich mich dort das erste mal vernünftig beraten lassen. Die vorherige Beratung bei einem bekannten Kaffee- und Siebträgermaschinenvertrieb im Neusser Hafen war leider gar nicht aufschlussreich und man wollte mir nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Ganz anders dann im Sweetcafé: 1 h war ich mit meinem Vater dort und wurde in die Siebträgerwelt eingeführt. Nach etwas Bedenkzeit bin ich dann eine Woche später zusammen mit meinem Freund wiedergekommen und wir durften an der Maschine unsere Hafermilch schäumen und unseren ersten eigenen Cappuccino zubereiten. Dabei immer wieder viele Tipps und Tricks vom Profi - klasse! Nun, 2 Wochen später, haben sich Maschine und Mühle bei uns eingelebt und der Espresso/Cappuccino wird besser und besser! Wir sind bisher super zufrieden. Kaffeebohnen und Zubehör gab es auch dazu. Ich komme gerne wieder (spätestens zum Service) und kann den Laden nur empfehlen :) Weiter so!

Ich hatte die Ehre, so darf ich es mittlerweile ausdrücken, meine Siebträgermaschine, eine Lelit Bianca, bei Sweetcafé zu erwerben. Bereits vorab hatte ich mit dem Inhaber mehrmals telefoniert und mich diesbezüglich beraten lassen und wurde aufgrund von eindeutiger Expertise und Kompetenz derart überzeugt, dass ich sogar den Weg aus Frankfurt auf mich nahm, um meine Siebträgermaschine bei Sweetcafé zu erwerben und abzuholen. Ich bin begeistert, welche Mühe man sich gemacht hatte. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter nahmen sich eine Stunde Zeit, um mir alle Details der o.g. Maschine zu erklären und mich in die Welt des Espressos einzuführen. Nebenbei gab es natürlich auch leckeren Kaffee zu trinken. Man merkt hier wirklich, dass Leute mit Leidenschaft am Werk sind, ich fühle mich daher bei Sweetcafé auch für die Zukunft bestens aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für das tolle Kaffee-Erlebnis!! :-)
