Pretty nice place with a rustic ambience. The stuff is really friendly and the prices are fair.
My friends had the spare rips wich were so tender that the meat fell of the bone and you didn't have to chew it. They were really fond of it.
I had the vegan club sandwich which was really amazing. Rich in taste and pretty big too.
The fries are good and the coleslaw even better.
Will visit again.

This is real barbecue!!! The brisket was one of the best I’ve ever had, tender, perfect smoke-ring, delicious. The ribs, beef and porc, absolute delicious. The barbecue sauce is balanced. Perfectly spiced. I like my burned ends a little bit more burned and dry, but that’s my personal taste. Side dishes Mac and cheese and grilled vegetables are decent. We had some Californian red and white along the meal.
Very kids friendly.
Only critic: the sauce , sometimes less is more.
Highly recommended.
I hope they keep their standards.

Overpriced for the quantity: 10/12€ for a very small sandwich without sides. The meat arrived cold, the vegetables were uncooked.
Overall it tasted good but the service was a it slow. The waitress was kind, the music and atmosphere were good.

In summary, you can find much better places for the same food type in Duesseldorf.

Food was amazing if you like meat. Ribs were awesome, literally falling off the bone. staff was friendly even the chef came out to say hi. Various sides were great too - love crispy sweet potato fries! A little hidden gem, will be going back.

Best BBQ in Europe so far. We attended the "Boot" fair and went to Dicke Rippe for dinner with business partners. The brisket was awesome and the spare ribs literally fell off the bone.

Great place for meat eaters. We had brisket and beef ribs and both were gorgeous. Will definitely be back for some more
