Nice hotel in very convenient location close to the airport terminal.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The room was spacious and clean.
A coffee machine is available in the room, so you are able to prepare a cup of coffee yourself and don't need to go to the restaurant for that.
Definitely coming back during my next business trip.

A great stay. Just for a night as my flight was canceled and booked new for thr next day. The rooms are of course very nice and clean. Breakfast was great - lots to chose from. The staff were very helpful. I just still have to pay for all of the drinks from the mini bar! Five stars!

I was only here for a single night and didn’t use and didn’t use any of the amenities other than the turtle smoking area which is a very unique touch. The lobby and hallways were nicely decorated and the whole hotel is very close to the airport perfect for quick layovers. The only fault was the rooms outdated decor however there were newer ones that looked very modern and comfortable. Overall it was good for a quick night in Düsseldorf and easy to get to the city centre.

It was my first stay at the DUS Sheraton. Great location next to the terminal. It is kind of unique, with everything on one floor Above the parking ramp.

Google maps and airport signage do not show the best way to walk there. Make your way to the middle of the terminal... there is a covered walkway to the hotel on both the arrivals and departure levels. Hotel is a few floors up by elevator.

The room was clean and comfortable with 2 bottles of complimentary water.

I will be back.

Surprisingly quiet considering is walking distance to the terminal. Basic room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Room has basic coffee machine and small tv. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Breakfast choice of cold or hot buffet, typical German with good bread rolls, cold meats, fruit and yoghurt; but only one self service coffee machine that always had a queue of people. Is on single level on top of building with plenty of car parking space.

We stayed for one night before catching an early morning flight. The location is extremely convenient. The hotel lobby is accessible with a lift from the "Düsseldorf Flughafen Terminal" S-Bahn station and the hotel is connected to the airport terminal building. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and the room was very nice for our one night stay.

The shower head would never stand still + the shower is a tub and its hard not to make everything wet on the sink while showering.

Bed and other stuff such as tv, chair, etc was fine. Even been provided with a covid test.

The rug had some stains.

Personell was friendly.

Overall was ok, but nothing special.
