This place is absolutely terrible. I got an orange juice which cost 5 euro - it was absolutely tiny and it was the worst orange I’ve had in a long time. Total acid. Undrinkable. The coffee is rubbish, which is normal I know in Germany but I don’t want to pay 5.5 euro for such terrible coffee. The food didn’t look good either. I have no idea why there is a queue here. The prices are insane for the awful quality. Certainly one to avoid in Düsseldorf airport.

Typical breakfast in an airport cafeteria. Nice place with modern decoration.
The coffee is quite watery, lacking in flavor. The cheese bagel a little dry. Price of a big cappuccino 4,50€.

The staff does not say a word to you when waiting to be seated. They laugh in your face and let people wait 30 mins when half of the establishment is empty

Terrible pizza from a kitchen that can't seem to handle more than one order at a time. Add on the cost and realize that you should never come here.

I never expect good food at an airport, but there is no excuse for arrogant staff. If they are arrogant AND ignorant, I think the owner should take these poor reviews seriously. Not only did the ladies put in the wrong order, they also messed up the order number so we had two different numbers for the same order. Clearly, they are not qualified for the work they are doing. Being rude in addition - there’s just no excuse for that.

Description of an employee:young man, blond beard, blond hair, European, possibly German
Reason of complaint: he spilled the coffee over the plate, then he did a bit of an eye roll, and didn't apologise for spilling it and making a mess, and gave me the cup with the remaining coffee without saying anything. I laughed a little bit to make him not feel bad about it but then I saw... Wait.. He doesn't feel bad at all about being clumsy plus he is arrogant. No excuses for impoliteness of this kind.
I see another people complaining about service as well, and also about hygene and there's a lot to say about that as well - if you want to eat on a clean table, you'll have to clean it yourself.
