Rude staff. There were worms in one of our glasses. They blamed the trees but we were covered. And if it was just one that had fallen off somewhere it would be one, not a bunch (look at the pics). They just took it away without apologizing. Simply rude and unhygienic.

After some little complications with what we ordered (group of eight people) which got resolved no problem, I can say that everything tasted absolutely great, including all the different kinds of beers, we ordered. Staff was very nice. All in all very enjoyable experience.

good food, big portion schnitzel, unfortunately the meat is a bit tough, the background music is so loud so you can't talk well.

Worst service ever

Treating customer unequally and rudely in supper time, the waiter arbitrarily charged a price with tips without asking. When we refused to pay the tip for the treatment, the waiter told us that we were BAD and never come back to the restaurant again. Is that the way how customers are treated?

Felt rudeness, inequality and verbal assaulting.

Worst place to drink
The waiter was rude and tried to con us into buying a special deal cocktail tower and wouldn't even say the price. The drinks are expensive and everyone was unfriendly. Even the toilet was 0.50 and super dirty. Never again

Good food and drink selection. Salmon was good, but filled with bones. Service was inconsistent. Our server switched from friendly and quick to inattentive and disinterested by the end of the meal.

Let's start with the good things... the staff was good and always help my table out. The cons: the food was not worth the price, and they charge you for everything... even the condiments! I got the burger listed for 18 euro and still had to pay for my fries, I mean you would expect paying 18 euro fries would come included ????
