I wouldn’t consider this a castle, however I really liked it, it’s a museum now, for Goethe, I’m not really sure of how much the entrance fee is, but if you get the Düsseldorf city tourist card for 24h or more (the 24h one is 10€) you can go to this museum and others for free :)
Also there’s a really nice park in front of it.
