The baddest Hospital in Düsseldorf, i swear everytime i go there to heal i came back more sick than before. Please, change the personal, the majority of theme are disrespectful, specially the ones who works in the Urgency, they are disordered, not welcoming at all and always having bad manners with the patient, specially if you are a stranger.

I hate this hospital. I’ve been here both as a patient and as a visitor. As a patient, I was disrespected, laughed at and talked down to by the nurses. As a visitor, waiting on my fiancé who was having surgery, I was ignored and not informed at all about what was happening. I wanted to be in the recovery room when he woke up, but no one would tell me where to go. I was told 5th floor. Which waiting area? Down the hall. Ok? There’s 4 waiting rooms down that hall! grrrrr! Recovery isn’t even on the 5th floor. I hate this place!!!

I broke my back whilst visiting in Düsseldorf and Sana hospital completely brought me back from the brink of paralysis. I'm forever grateful.

Next to that all the doctor's, nurses, physios and other people involved were always so helpful and kind. The fact that there was a language barrier didn't stop them (I only speak English and they mostly only speak German - but we managed to communicate very well).

Their medical attention was exactly the level of professionalism I hoped for in such a serious moment in my life. Thanks again to the whole team!

The nursing staff was incompetent and very rude.
I was turned on really badly because I arrived at the emergency room via ambulance. My symptoms were not treated but ignored. When I brought it up, the nurse said "I shouldn't behave like that, I'm still young and others would have it worse".
The room door where I was staying was constantly open (mind you, it was an isolation room and I was Covid positive!!!). Privacy? None! The door was constantly being torn open, despite repeated requests not to do this and me to close the door myself, the room door was opened for no reason or prior knocking/announcement and then they didn't even come in.... but the worst of all was the SECURITY CAMERA IN THE ROOM!!!
So I had to be in a room where there is a surveillance camera, where the door had to be open all the time, despite iso. go on a dirty toilet chair?!
I would recommend giving this hospital a wide berth.

Das Pflegepersonal war inkompetent und sehr unhöflich.
Ich wurde regelrecht schlecht angemacht weil ich in die Notaufnahme per RTW ankam. Meine Symptome wurden nicht behandelt, sondern ignoriert. Als ich es ansprach hieß es von der Krankenpflegerin "ich soll mich nicht so anstellen, ich wäre noch jung, und andere hätten es schlimmer".
Die Zimmertür wo ich unterbracht wurde war ständig offen (wohlbemerkt, es war ein Isolationszimmer und ich war Covid positiv!!!). Privatsphäre? Fehlanzeige! Die Tür wurde ständig aufgerissen, trotz mehrmalige Bitte dies zu unterlassen und selbstständiges schließen der Tür von mir, wurde die Zimmer Tür ohne Grund oder vorheriges Klopfen/ankündigen geöffnet und dann sind die nicht mal rein gekommen.... aber das aller schlimmste war die ÜBERWACHUNGSKAMERA IM ZIMMER!!!
Ich musste also in einem Raum, wo sich eine Überwachungskamera befindet, wo die Tür ständig auf sein musste trotz Iso. auf einen dreckigen Toilettenstuhl gehen?!
Ich würde empfehlen einen großen Bogen um dieses Krankenhaus zu machen.

We were well taken care of on the ward. If we needed something, I could ring the bell at any time and someone was there promptly to help us further. Kudos to the clinic. I would come back here anytime!!

Habe Anfang Juli mein zweites Kind dort entbunden und völlig zu Unrecht Angst gehabt. (Die erste Geburt in einer anderen Klinik lief leider nicht so schön ab. Ärztin und Hebamme waren sehr unfreundlich, unaufmerksam und rücksichtslos.) Die Hebamme hier war trotz meines Verhaltens auf Grund der starken Schmerzen zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr freundlich und professionell, hat sich super um mich gekümmert und mich so gut es ging unterstützt, um es mir so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch mein Lebensgefährte wurde super behandelt und toll mit einbezogen. Der Arzt, der alles nebenbei begleitet hat, war auch sehr freundlich. Ich habe noch in keinem Krankenhaus ein besseres Team angetroffen. Auch auf Station wurde sich gut um uns gekümmert. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, konnte ich jederzeit klingeln und zeitnah war jemand da, der uns weiter half. Ein großes Lob an die Klinik. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier her kommen!!

Here you can recover well. The bathroom for 2 people with a floor-level shower and 2 sinks can easily compete with a 4-star hotel.
The secretary Ms. Schorn from the chief physician Ms. Dr. Milk, was just like how Frau Dr. Milk herself and Dr. East very nice and accommodating.
You can feel comfortable in this station. Here man is still man as described on the website. That is not a matter of course. Today in many hospitals you are just a number. In Sana, gynecology is different and that's nice.
I was in gynecology for the 2nd time. Back then 6 years ago I was also satisfied.

Ich war sehr zufrieden im Sana Krankenhaus Benrath. 3 Tage Aufenthalt im Januar 2022
Ich war in der Gynakologie zur Gebärmutterhalsentfernung.
Das gesamte Personal, alle Ärztinnen und Krankenschwestern waren sehr nett. Die Zimmer auf der Station der Gynäkologie 5a sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt viel Platz für die eigenen Sachen. Hier kann man gut genesen. Das Badezimmer für 2 Personen mit bodengleicher Dusche und 2 Waschbecken, kann mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel gut mithalten.
Die Sekretärin Frau Schorn von der Chefärztin Frau Dr. Milk, war genau wie wie Frau Dr. Milk selbst und Frau Dr. Ost sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Auf dieser Station kann man sich wohlfühlen. Hier ist der Mensch noch Mensch wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Heute ist man in vielen Krankenhäusern nur noch eine Nummer. Im Sana auf in der Gynäkologie ist diese anders und das ist schön so.
Ich war zum 2. Mal in der Gynäkologie. Damals vor 6 Jahren war ich auch zufrieden.

In diesem Krankenhaus wurde mir wunderbar geholfen. Ich musste zweimal in die Notaufnahme aufgenommen werden. Obwohl ich mich einwenig ängstlich vor den Behandlungen fühlte, hat mich ein sehr kompetentes und engagiertes Team empfangen und mich begleitet; ohne diese Begleitung wäre es viel schwerer für mich geworden. Das Team war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich.
Die Leute, die im Sana Krankenhaus Benrath arbeiten, leisten wirklich unglaubliches.
