Food was good but they let us wait really long before taking our order for drinks (I think over half an hour) and then they refused to serve tap water. Which we did not expect to be for free.
In Vienna you pay between 2 and 4 Euros per glass and that would have been fine but maybe it's a culture thing.
The food was good. I had goat cheese with a very elaborate salad. The pasta with salmon was also very well received.
One vegetarian friend was startled by the bacon in the roasted potatoes (another culture shock) and the vegetarian options in general are rather limited.
Prices were a bit higher probably because of the location near the convention center and the Dokomi weekend (goat cheese salad was around €15, salmon pasta €18).
Our waiter was a bit condescending at times but mostly friendly.

Bad experience: we ordered a schnitzel with potatoes and some nuggets, after more than 40 minutes nothing had arrived. There were few customers to serve. Very long wait. We asked for take away service because our time for lunch was over. After receiving the bag with the takeaway food, I asked for cutlery to be able to eat it, but they didn't even have cutlery. I had to eat the takeaway schnitzelwith my hands. Awkward service.

The best meal we had in the first month in Germany. The schnitzel was thin, crispy, yet most and the mushroom gravy was light and flavorful. The Baked goat cheese with its crispy breaded crust provided a nice counterpoint to the creamy texture of the pungent goat cheese. Simply a delightful salad bite after bite.

Nice cozy place we visited after a day at Nordpark. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. We especially liked their rumpsteak. Its nicely located just across the Messe Ost station. I liked the relaxed atmostphere and so we stayed for dessert and coffee as well.

We had to wait one and a half hour for our food to be served. The food is avarage, not bad, but they should have told us when we entered that we might need to wait.
