This place is really nice and there are lots of things to see. I don't think 2 hours is sufficient especially when you have kids with you either way I enjoyed the views and will definitely visit some day again to complete my site seeing.

It’s a good place to spend a couple of hours at.
In my experience is not a crowded place.
I went there with the Düsseldorf tourist city ticket (which is 10€ for 24h) and didn’t have to pay for anything in the entrance.
I loved that there’s so many species of animals.

Great place for families and kids of all ages. There is something for everyone. I visited with my granddaughter a few years ago and we both loved it. She was very engaged with all the zoo had to offer. It was a great day. As soon as we got outside it began to snow. What a perfect ending for the day.

It's a decent sized aquarium and zoo, not very big. You can spend about 3 hours and see everything. Lot of species that I haven't seen in sealife were found here. Kids will love it. There is a direct underground to zoo. Best part is, with Dusseldorf card it's free entry.

What a wonderful day in the Aquazoo. One of the best places to visit and learn about the combination of the zoo, aquarium and natural history. The design is quite interesting and pleasant to see. They put all of the important information on the front of the exhibitions. For children and students who are interested in the beauty of nature should visit this museum.

It's an amazing place with lots to enjoy and learn. Children love it and they have plenty to experience there. It's a pity that it's ????% in German. Next to the Neanderthal Museum it's the most important an educational exhibition in the city. Therefore it should be at least a bilingual description provided.

Excellent place if you have never been to huge aquariums. Many types of fishes, coral, spiders, ants, beetles etc., can be seen in the mueseum.
Good learning for kids.
Take your own water bottle or food for kids, they dont have a restaurant.
Currently mask is mandatory to be worn inside mueseum.
