During that time, however, she had walked past our table at least six times without noticing that two new guests had joined the table, who were waiting to order a drink on the warm day. My friends and I were about to leave the place. We also told the lady from the service.
We ordered the food with the drinks.
The food was then served within the next thirty minutes. The side salad that went with the dishes was only served later on request.
One of my friends and I were happy with our meal. It looked tasty and appetizing and tasted good. The size of the portions was sufficient and not too big.
Only the dish of the third in the group was unfortunately not served as hot as you would expect from a dish with gratinated meat.
After the complaint, the third party got the dish prepared and served again. This time at the right temperature. As a final apology, the service lady explained to us later that there was a problem with the grill and that a technician had to come to repair it late in the evening. Well that can happen. However, it would have been very nice if we had been advised of the problem with the grill when we placed our order. My girlfriend could then have opted for another dish.

The atmosphere of the place is nice and cozy.
It's actually a shame that the evening and the mood of the three of us unfortunately suffered a bit due to the circumstances described.

Everyone deserves a second chance. I will visit the restaurant again in the near future to get another picture. I can only say this much, should the second visit lead to similar experiences as the first, there won't be a third visit.

Am Dienstag war ich in dem Lokal mit zwei Freundinen zum Essen verabredet.
Der Service ist nett und freubdlich. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass der Service aber dennoch deutlich ausbaufähig ist.

Ich war als erste vor Ort. Nach zehnminütiger Wartezeit kam die Dame vom Service an den Tisch und nahm meine Getränkebestellung auf. Als mein Getränk serviert wurde kam die erste meiner Freundinen und kurz danach die zweite. Wir saßen bereits eine gute Viertelstunde am Tisch, bis die Dame vom Service die Getränkebestellungen meiner Freundinen aufnahm. In der Zeit war sie aber mindestens sechsmal an unserem Tisch vorbei gelaufen, ohne zu beachten, dass sich zwei neue Gäste an den Tisch gesellt hatten, die darauf warteten an dem warmen Tag ein Getränk zu bestellen. Meine Freundinen und ich waren bereits kurz davor, das Lokal wieder zu verlassen. Die sagten wir der Dame vom Service auch.
Mit den Getränken bestellten wir auch gleich das Essen.
Die Speisen wurden dann auch innerhalb der nächsten dreißig Minuten serviert. Der zu den Gerichten gehörende Beilagensalat wurde jedoch erst später auf Nachfrage serviert.
Eine meiner Freundinen und ich waren mit unserem Essen zufrieden. Es sah lecker und appetitlich aus und schmeckte gut. Die größe der Portionen war ausreichend und nicht zu groß.
Nur das Gericht der dritten im Bunde wurde leider nicht so heiß serviert, wie man es bei einem Gericht mit überbackenem Fleisch erwartet.
Nach der Reklamation bekam die Dritte das Gericht erneut zubereitet und serviert. Dieses mal in der richtigen Temperatur. Zur Endschuldigung erklärte uns die Dame vom Service später, dass es mit dem Grill ein Problem gab und man am späten Abend noch einen Techniker zur Reparatur kommen lassen musste. Gut das kann passieren. Es wäre jedoch sehr nett gewesen, wenn wir bereits bei der Bestellung auf das Problem mit dem Grill hingewiesen worden wären. Meine Freundin hätte sich dann für ein anderes Gericht entscheiden können.

Die Atmosphäre des Lokals ist nett und gemütlich.
Eigentlich schade, das der Abend und die Stimmung von uns drei Damen durch die beschriebenen Umstände leider doch etwas gelitten hat.

Jeder hat eine zweite Chance verdient. Ich werde das Lokal in der nächsten Zeit noch einmal besuchen, um mir ein weiteres Bild zu machen. Nur soviel kann ich sagen, sollte der zweite Besuch mit ähnlichen Erfahrungen verlaufen wie der erste, wird es keinen dritten Besuch mehr geben.
