Every 2 days someone was in the room and opened the windows and turned off the heating. That's great in December-January. I was always cold there, also because the heating didn't always heat up, even though I turned it on full... Great thing.
It was often noisy in the evenings and into the night as the walls are quite thin, nothing for people like me who sleep lightly. In the morning around 3:00 a.m. it was often very loud on the floor above me, so that I woke up. I have no idea what was going on there.
It was also cheeky that at night at 11:30 a.m. on 2 different days someone rang all the apartments and wanted to get in. I opened the door and some drunk went to his colleague who also lived there to make palaver....they walk around in Polish or something...absolute absolute cheek....it's only quiet there during the day. I only entered the time when I was in Düsseldorf for night shifts....
No idea how it should be, but I always had to take care of the garbage myself. Once I had to leave ad hoc and put the full garbage can, my empty toilet paper roll and the used towels in the hallway...when I came back, the full garbage can had been pushed to the side, the toilet roll was still empty and was still on top of it . Ok I had new towels, but that was it. I then emptied the rubbish bin myself and also bought toilet paper myself, brilliant.....oh yes, the toilet and the tub were cleaned once, but the mirror and sink were not....
The safe in the hallway was also not functional and it was never vacuumed. I didn't want to get a vacuum cleaner though...
Conclusion Apartment loud and cold but ok, service is hardly known there...

Ich war im Hauptgebäude unter gebracht. Die Zimmer sehen dort nicht aus wie im Netz gezeigt waren aber sauber und für mich völlig ok. Was mich allerdings extrem ärgerte, war der Service oder wie man das nennt dort.
Jeden 2 Tag war jemand im Zimmer und stellte die Fenster auf und machte die Heizung aus. Das ist super im Dezember- Januar. Mir war durchgängig kalt dort, auch weil die Heizung nicht immer heizte, obwohl ich sie voll aufdrehte...Super Sache.
Es war Abends bis in die Nacht oft laut, da die Wände ziemlich dünn sind, nix für Leute wie mich mich leichtem Schlaf. Morgens gegen 03:00Uhr war es öfter im Stock über mir sehr laut, sodass ich wach wurde. Keine Ahnung was da los war.
Frechheit war auch, dass Nachts um 11:30Uhr an 2 unterschiedlichen Tagen jemand an allen Wohnungen klingelte und rein wollte. Ich macht auf und irgend ein besoffener ging zu seinem Kollegen der da auch wohnte um Palaver zu machen....die schreiten auf polnisch oder so rum...absolute absolute Frechheit....leise ist es dort nur am Tag. Hab mir die Zeit als ich in Düsseldorf war daher nur Nachtschichten eingetragen....
Keine Ahnung wie es sein soll, aber um den Müll musste ich mich immer selbst kümmern. Einmal musste ich ad hoc weg und stellte die volle Mülltonne, meine leere Toilettenpapierolle und die gebrauchten Handtücher in dem Flur...als ich wieder kam, war die volle Mülltonne zur Seite geschoben, die Toilettenrolle war immer noch leer und stand auch noch oben drauf. Ok ich hatte neue Handtücher, das wars aber auch. Den Mülleimer machte ich mir dann selbst leer und kaufte mir auch selbst Toilettenpapier, genial.....ach ja, die Toliette und die Wanne wurden ein Mal gereinigt, Spiegel und Waschbecken jedoch nicht....
Der Save im Flur war auch nicht funktionsfähig sowie auch nie Staub gesaugt wurde. Ein Staubsauger wollte ich allerdings nicht besorgen....
Fazit Wohnung laut und kalt aber ganz ok, Service kennt man dort kaum...

Lage ist super und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und die Einrichtung ist gut. Die Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend.
Eigentlich wäre es ein perfektes Appartment, ABER....
-leider ist die Sauberkeit ein riesen Problem. Der Boden war absolut nicht sauber.
-die Silikonfugen und die Fensterbereiche sind stark von schwarzem Schimmel befallen. Sowas geht absolut nicht!!!!!

Wenn diese beiden Minuspunkte beseitigt sind, kann man sehr gerne und zurecht 5 Sterne vergeben. Jedoch in dem Zustand, sind 2 Sterne je nach Ansicht schon zuviel.

Wir haben relativ spontan hier eine Unterkunft gebucht und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Zentrale Lage
Ein Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Dieser fährt zum Flughafen bzw. auch in die Innenstadt.

Parksituation
Es gibt einige Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, die auch klar gekennzeichnet sind.
Sonst gibt es ein paar Meter weiter in den umliegenden Straßen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer
Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Man kann es zu zweit gut aushalten, angenehme Größe, auch im Badezimmer.
Die Zimmer, incl. Bad haben elektrische Rollläden.

Es gibt ein Haupt und ein Nebenhaus. Das Frühstück wird im unteren Bereich des Haupthauses bereit gestellt.
Für 7,50 € kann man nicht die Welt erwarten. Wir hätten uns über Körnerbrötchen gefreut. Aber an einem Sonntag Morgen wird das wohl ein wenig schwer.

Mit 80 € fürs DZ mit Frühstück ist man hier gut bedient.
