As requested by the practice team, I was there 20 minutes before the appointment to fill out a very detailed questionnaire. I was welcomed by Dr. Zillgens treated.
In our one-hour conversation, he asked me numerous questions that I already answered in the questionnaire. Only at the end of the anamnesis did he look through the questionnaire again. I found that to be a little inefficient. This was followed by a short physical examination, after which I gave him various test results that I had brought with me (including blood count, etc.) Dr. Zillgens then introduced me to the next steps. Treatments worth around € 500 were suggested. A sheet was printed out for me with all the prices and treatments. I found the transparency of the prices and treatments offered by the practice group to be positive, after all you know what you are getting into.
Overall, unfortunately, I could not trust Dr. Build Zillgens. I have already visited a few doctors and unfortunately I did not have the feeling that I could be helped here. In my opinion, this basic trust has to be there immediately, especially as a self-payer.
After the treatment, the bill came a few weeks later. As expected, the amount was around € 140. What disappointed me, however, was that I was charged a postage of 1.40 € to send me the originals of the copies that the doctor made of my findings. The practice forgot to give me back some of the originals, which I didn't immediately notice at the time. I found it inappropriate to calculate the postage for such invoice amounts.
Conclusion: I hoped for a lot more from the practice and the doctors.

Ich war aufgrund eines Beschwerdebildes, welches auf der Internetseite detailliert aufgeführt wird, das erste mal in der Praxis. Ich habe explizit nach einem Arzt gesucht, der sich mit der Krankheit auskennt und der auf eine ganzheitliche Behandlung setzt. Dafür war ich auch bereit aus Köln anzureisen.
Ich war wie vom Praxisteam erbeten 20 Minuten vor dem Termin da, um einen sehr ausführlichen Fragebogen auszufüllen. Ich wurde von Dr. Zillgens behandelt.
In unserem Einstündigen Gespräch stellte er mir zahlreiche Fragen, die ich bereits im Fragebogen beantwortet habe. Erst am Ende der Anamnese schaute er noch einmal durch den Fragebogen. Ich empfand das als etwas ineffizient. Es folgte eine kurze körperliche Untersuchung, danach übergab ich ihm diverse Untersuchungsergebnisse, die ich mitgebracht hatte (U.a Blutbild, etc.) Herr Dr. Zillgens stellte mir dann die weiteren Schritte vor. Dabei wurden Behandlungen im Wert von ca. 500€ vorgeschlagen. Mir wurde ein Blatt ausgedruckt mit allen Preisen und Behandlungen. Die Transparenz über die Preise und angebotenen Behandlungen der Praxisgemeinschaft empfand ich als positiv, immerhin weiß man auf was man sich einlässt.
Insgesamt konnte ich leider kein Vertrauen zu Herr Dr. Zillgens aufbauen. Ich habe schon einige Ärzte aufgesucht, und ich hatte leider nicht das Gefühl, das mir hier geholfen werden kann. Gerade als Selbstzahler muss dieses Grundvertrauen meiner Meinung nach sofort da sein.
Nach der Behandlung kam wenige Wochen später die Rechnung. Der Betrag lag wie erwartet bei ca. 140€. Was mich allerdings sehr enttäuscht hat war, dass mir ein Porto von 1,40€ in Rechnung gestellt wurde um mir die Originale der Kopien die der Arzt von meinen Befunden gemacht hat zurückzusenden. Die Praxis hat vergessen mir einige der Originale zurückzugeben, was mir damals nicht sofort aufgefallen ist. Bei solchen Rechnungsbeträgen das Porto zu berechnen empfand ich als unangemessen.
Fazit: Ich habe mir viel mehr von der Praxis u0026 den Ärzten erhofft.
