Beautiful and cozy hotel. The rooms are well designed, furnished and decorated. Worth more than a 5 star in most cities in Europe. Great location. Breakfast was okay. Recommended for both business and vacations.

It's a small nice charming hotel. I would have given a technical 3 stars, but the small details they had make a difference. The staff is great and one of their main strongholds. Another bonus is the breakfast which I absolutely loved. There are always complementary sweets here ans there and if your room has a mini bar (not all rooms do) then you get complimentary beer. Other than that, the beds are just ok but not the greatest. Also the rooms are not dirty but still might lack a bit of excellent cleaning standards. The hotel is in a nice are and well connected. The tram stop is literally lees than one minute walking distance away

Getting to your room at 1 am on Friday night might be a challenge cuz main door is closed and hotel clerk is taking a nap (which he isn't sorry about), phonecalls don't phase him either, so you have to wait till he wakes up by himself. We didn't have warm water for two days in October which this time girls at the reception were quite sorry about but... For this price it shouldn't have happened (or we shouldnt inquire about this matter by ourselves at the reception really).

Poor and old-fashioned hotel, old furniture, soft mattresses after too much use, not recommend

Old rooms. Dark in room, poor lighting. You have to pay for WI-FI! !!!!
