Small but well organized airport. You can find various cafes, restaurants and small shops. Toilets can be cleaner.

You pay 10euro per day even if they told you before that it's 5euro per extra day! PARKING at the official airport is cheaper! After that you have to sign a paper without checking your car. Oh yea ofcourse the Card/Pin is not working so you have to pay cash.

Not recommend! At first the personal make an impression that they are very bothered by your visit. During the car head over the personel speak in front of the customers arabic - sorry but very rude if other people cannot understand what is spoken about them! By receiving the car back they incisted to sign the head over documents without checking the car before - not transparent! No document to the customer that the car was officially heahed over. They guy threw my booking confirmation into trash and said good bye! Maybe i just got luck that nothing happened with my car but certainly this kind of people I cannot recommend!

Awful! Never again! Please read it, if you don't want to be in such a situation... Don't make a mistake to use this cheapest "service".

On the day of departure was everything fine.
On the day of return, we had weather problems, our flight was delayed for 2 hours and finally our plane was send to Cologne for landing (it was around 00:00). After a shuttle from Cologne to Dusseldorf i was really impressed: nobody from this parking was reachable! Telephones did not answer for 1.5 hours. We walked from airport to this parking by our own and after 3 hours and a lot of shouting from boss of this hell place like "problems with a flight – your problems! this is Germany, speak German! Call the police, i'll not return you your key" we left them. Never-never-NEVER again! Don’t spoil your holiday!

If you are flying from Düsseldorf and you have a car to park this is a must place you can reserve and then park your car here. When you arrive here they will take you to airport and when you are back then they Wil come come and pick you up and bring you to your car. Remember to take pictures of your car before going to airport.

Friendly (English speaking) staff, and fast shuttle service on the way to the airport. Bad on the way back, unfriendly, non-English speaking, and generally unclear in their communication. Too bad.

Parking at the airport. Not really cheap. If you want to park longer I'd recommend to look for parking services like Parkos in the area.
