This is the worst Valetparking ever!
When we arrived and phoned them they could not find the booking. After 15 minutes on the phone they finally picked up the car. At the pickup point the discussion started all over. As we were in a hurry (because of all the arguments and discussions with this Park Titan idiots) we left quickly. After 2 weeks we arrived back in DUS and immediately called then to ask for our car. Again the could not find any booking and they even mentioned that our car was not in the parking. Total chaos at this company. The people on the phone do not speak English. The first guy on the phone didn’t even speak proper German.
Please do not book at this company!!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I found big scratches on the driver's door when i picked up my car. I tried to reach them but i have no answer.

We waited 30min at the airport before the driver come. The driver were rude and impolite.

Their phone was not working when I arrive to the airport. I waited for the service car for a long time. In the end I was not picked up from airport. Then I had to take a taxi in order to reach to the parking place. It was a terrible experience.
