Great place to stay, 10 minutes from the city center. There is a metro and tram station nearby. Fairly comfortable rooms. There are rooms with a balcony. Pleasant staff.

My review for this hotel is neutral, not happy nor upset. The prices are good and the staff are friendly. Also it is clean. However, this hotel is rated 4-stars but diffenately it is not. It should be rated 3-stars. I did not try the food so I have no idea. The location is OK. The parking lot is too small (it was hard to get in and out) and slightly expensive (I paid €60 for 4 days) .
Regarding the room, The size is OK and it has A/C as well, but the remote control battery was dead and we had to wait to the next day to get new battery. In addition, the A/C was making a noise every 10 or 15 minutes and when I report this to the hotel reception they told me that they can't do anything about it!
The fridge was not cool enough!

We had a very pleasant stay for two nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and sized generously. Unfortunately the walls were thin making it easy to hear noise in neighboring rooms and the hallway. Also, parking was limited and we ended up having to park down the road for $8/day.

We booked online from the Novum Hotel website, and arrived to have no reservation at the front desk. We had in our posession the confirmation email for staying there 1 night, and returning 2 nights at the end of our travels.

I don't fault the local hotel for messing up the reservation, as it was made using the corporate website. However the Hotel Clerk that "greeted" us, seemed unwilling to make calls. Evaluate our receipts, to confirm our reservations, that included Confirmation numbers. We spent nearly 2 hours, until we reached an agreement to get a room, allowing them time to research the problem over night.

The next morning, there was still no resolution, and we spent another 30 minutes checking out.. still no confirmation about our return 2 day stay... I they hadn't already charged our account for the stay, we would have likely stayed elsewhere.

The good news, is that on our return for the 2nd part of our stay different staff took interest in the issue, and had it resolved.

We rented a studio/apartment that was a block away from the hotel, they were very nice, clean and spacious.

5 stars for the accommodations, 1 star for customer service upon our initial arrival to the hotel.

Very nice hotel with great price... It was my conference visit and the room what Novum offered me was great and my stay was really pleasant. But the room was a bit small. Since my stay was for 3 nights, I always had a clean bed before my arrival from conference and this mad my stay really good . I would highly recommend everyone to choose Novum flora for your stay in Dusseldorf.

We had a very pleasant and nice stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent (although it was not included in the price of the room). Overall, I would recommend anyone staying here either for business or pleasure.

Very close to train stations. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and had everything in place. But the doors are not noise proof. You will be heard from the corridors. And it was a bit warm inside the room during summer. Other than this everything else was good. Will revisit the hotel again.
