Love the Hotel. Very clean and good customer service. Been there twice and loved it. The location is accessible by public transport both bus and tram very frequently. With public transportation to city centre or Rhine is like 25minutes. I didn't have any meals there but the dining area is very spacious and clean.

Great breakfast and with the large park just around the corner, we had a great time. Unfortunately no AC but luckily the windows go all the way open.

This place is just amazing in all aspects! super clean, nice people, great room. and walking distance to centre. all for a good prize.

Great hotel, but the beds felt dirty, like there were crumbs in it. Otherwise lovely staff, good location.

Great place! Clean room, great shower, friendly staff, good location only little issue: breakfast could be better. Making smaller portions for the buffet (eggs, bacon...) but bringing it out more often would help to keep the food fresh and warm and fits better to the rush of guests who arrive one by one rather than in big groups. Best hotel experience so far in NRW.

The room is excellent. It is big enough and has everything, minibar and kettle. It was very very comfortable. It was cold outside but their heating system is excellent. It was so warm and comfort that I almost fell asleep in the sofa. Using fitness centre and having sauna downstairs are also very relaxing. Breakfast is so great! There are many sorts of jams, nuts and they are organic.

A very underrated hotel. They have the best breakfast I have ever seen in an hotel at this price range.

Staff are very friendly and polite.

There is free parking along side the street, but you can also opt for paying for a garage space under the hotel.

Public transportation to the city centre is not a problem either.

Rooms are ok and properly cleaned. Beds are comfortable enough.

Our room did not have a safe though, which was a bit disappointing. There is also not any AC in the rooms, but they are provided with a fan.
