Italians can surprise you everywhere you are and here I could take a break enjoying great Italian food surrounded by the most beautiful cars of ever.
The quality of food is excellent, the waiters serve you very well and are always ready to suggest the best combination between food and wine.
I asked for a vegetarian starter and I was very positive surprised by my red turnip carpaccio, the soufflé and all the other vegetables they offered me.
The price has been definitely affordable!

Respect and education are missing here.

When you ask for a napkin, you will be laughed at by the waiter in a snobby way. “This is a restaurant. You think we don’t have a napkin?” Luckily, I have learned to ask something politely, instead the waiter prefers to make you feel stupid.

But, it even gets worse. Once we tried to order our food, my girlfriend - from another country - tried to order in German, but she had difficulties with it. When she tried to show him what she wanted, the waiter replied: “I’m old and have bad eyes, you have to read it again. I know you can do better.” I can’t stay polite when someone belittles my girlfriend, so it was better to leave this place before it turned ugly.

He also told us that money didn’t matter to him. So when you are looking for free food in Düsseldorf…

Food was ok. But some people in service were so incredibly rude, that we won’t go there again and it made us feel not welcome.
