You get MORE than what you pay for.

This place is the right place for low expectation entertainment for kids under 5. It's also no different to what you'd get in Spanish BBQ restaurants.

I came in, didn't reserve, could see they made an effort for me, got a seat and table, watched my crazy son race in and have fun.

I'd guess inter-cultural training for both customers and staff would solve the main complaints I've seen.

€9 : 1x cappacuno, 1x waffle, son happy for an hour

Equipped enough to keep kids busy for couple of hours. The kitchen is small and adequate to order pancakes and waffles.

Part for the children is very well equiped. There is a “cage” which consists of the slide with the small balls, and a part for climbing. Open area has a lot of toys and a hockey table. 3 star rating is because of the complete absence of the customer service. “Waiters” are saying almost no words and behaving similar to robots.

Very comfortable to go with the child at cloudy weather. Small snacks and drinks are available.

Nice place for kids, but a bit crowded at weekend at least.
