Bed sheets dirty, toilet seat broken and soap completely empty and since it was already dry it wasn't empty since yesterday. Apparently it hadn't been aired for days either, it smelled of sweat, the second room was cleaner except for the toilet, there were still strips in it, soap in the shower was empty and the leftovers were still in the tub. Age of the hotel has nothing to do with cleanliness. You can also keep an older, outdated hotel clean, especially if you look up the appropriate prices. I would highly recommend that the management rethink the strategy here and consider whether this should be continued. Really annoyed me. Since we had to go to the airport very early in the morning, we booked without breakfast. But it doesn't matter here with the price ... whether with or without breakfast, we had to pay the same price, we had specifically mentioned. Incredible. And if there is no parking space or a locked underground car park, I don't even start. Sorry but absolutely not recommended

Waren mit ein paar Arbeitskollegen dort bezgl. einer Geschäftsreise, musste es Nähe des Flughafens sein. Wir hatten insgesamt 6 Zimmer im Wartburg gebucht und wurden einen Tag vor Anreise auf dieses Hotel umgebucht, da es angeblich familiärer wäre usw.
Das Hotel würden wir in dem Zustand nicht wieder nehmen. Im Nachhinein hätten wir besser ein anderes gewählt. Für den Preis sollte man zumindest eine Sauberkeit erwarten.das erste Zimmer war dreckig. Bettwäsche dreckig, Toilettensitz abgebrochen und Seife komplett leer und da es schon eingetrocknet war auch nicht seit gestern leer. Gelüftet wurde scheinbar auch nicht mehr seit Tagen, es roch nach Schweiß, das zweite Zimmer war sauberer bis auf die Toilette, da waren noch Streifen drin, seife in der Dusche auch leer und die Reste noch in der Wanne. Alter vom Hotel hat mit Sauberkeit nichts zu tun. Auch ein älteres in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel kann man sauber halten, vor allem wenn man noch entsprechende Preise aufruft. Ich würde sehr empfehlen dass das Management hier die Strategie überdenkt und überlegt ob man das so weiterführen sollte. Hat mich wirklich geärgert. Da wir morgens sehr früh zum Flughafen mussten hatten wir ohne Frühstück gebucht. Aber spielt hier beim Preis keine Rolle... egal ob mit oder ohne Frühstück, wir mussten den gleichen Preis zahlen, hatten wir extra angesprochen. Unglaublich. Und bin nicht vorhandenen Parkplätzen bzw. gesperrter Tiefgarage fang ich gar nicht erst an. Sorry aber so absolut nicht empfehlenswert
