Not recommend. Very old Mercure faling apart. Bad service. Poor English. We wanted just the keys at 14.40 because we had an appointment at 15.00. They would not give us any room...while at 9.00 the cleaning lady knocked at our room. So don't tell us we can't have one 20 min before. Parking is 25 euros which is ridiculous for a place outside the city. Finally they wanted us to pay 40 euros extra while my reservation clearly showed that I fully paid. It took 3 people to clear this. Do not go there. Worst mercure I have ever been

Its an okay hotel, the bed was a bit hard, and the frigde needed abit more cleaning. The breakfast had a good selection. My biggest problem was the aircondition didnt work and the internet was slow. The staff was nice and you got a free water every day

Very good value for money. I love the double door for noise insulation also the windows have a great noise insulation. Rooms are fairly clean, the bathroom is very nicely renovated and very modern. For me it was also the small details like the curtain closing off daylight even to the side that really made me enjoy this room. Only little downside is that due to covid they don’t have water cookers on the rooms, which is a bit disappointing, but they offer it with a coffee machine at the ground floor. If they had a coin laundry as well the place would be near perfect ;). Will stay again during future stays in Düsseldorf.

Denise Waitz was a great help throughout the stay and helped us settle any issues we had and she also took good care of our Asian guests.

Best regards

The overall experience was OK.
We had some trouble sleeping because the rooms have been way too hot. We wenn downstairs and mentioned it and we could not be helped. When we woke up in the morning we were covered in some red itchy dots (Moskitos or bed bugs?)

Location, staff, and hotel design? Quite on point. Lovely.

The rooms are also very nice, although I've slept on comfier beds from lower star accomodations.

My main problem is, I pay around 80€ a night and am forced to use my own data, since the wifi isn't strong enough. Come on, guys...

Price/quality well belanced, nice and friendly personnel that speaks German but also perfect English. Airconditioning in the room works as it should and you can keep it running while you are away so you come back to a nice cooled room. Enough parking space outside and, due to Covid, there is a possibilty to get breakfast to go in the morning.
Do recommend this hotel when you are in the neighbourhood

Well oh my word the hotel it self is well set out everything at your finger tips and the staff well the best experience from people who know their job and how to do it well then you must stay here the rooms set up for over night or longer stays i stayed for 10 nights and was treated by all the staff like i was royalty that feeling you get when an old friend greets you.
