The emergency room waiting time is really too long. On a Sunday morning with only 1 other patient in the ER, they let me in after 3 hours then sent me to the X-ray specialist then I had to wait 3 more hours for my x-ray feedback. Disappointment and frustration sum up my experience there. Never again!

In keinem Krankenhaus habe ich bis jetzt so eine gute Behandlung erfahren, wie hier. Freundliches , kompetentes Pflege- und Ärtztepersonal, welches sich Zeit nimmt und höchste Kompetenz aufweist. Insgesamt eine Atmosphäre, in der ich mich sicher und geborgen gefühlt habe. Keine Wartezeiten bei den zusätzlichen diagnostischen Maßnahmen, auch in der Notaufnahme war die Wartezeit recht kurz. Auch hier gab es keine Probleme, Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz betreffend. Es scheint in dieser Klinik keinen Bedarf für ein schlechtes Wort zu geben, was die schnelle Gesundung mit Sicherheit unterstützt.

Trotz eines Termins, musste ich eine Stunde auf die OP warten. Nice way, I was picked up by a colleague and drove home. At home I could only crawl on all fours.
A short-term outpatient MRI detected a serious herniated disc and prompted immediate hospitalization. Here were 2 X-ray injections set. The chance to pass surgery is 50-50. The nerve in the tibia is damaged, so it is numb and may remain numb. I would have liked to thank this young inexperienced doctor (in sports you would call her ROOKIE), but I can not read her name on the emergency treatment certificate. Ich wurde am 14.10.2019, um 13:17 Uhr als Notfallpatient in der Notaufnahme behandelt. (Unfall- und Wiederherstellungschirurgie). Ich wurde aufgrund sehr starker Rückenschmerzen mit Krämpfen im rechten Bein (konnte nicht mehr aufrecht Gehen ohne zu krampfen), von meiner Dienststelle der Notaufnahme zugewiesen. Eine Behandlung erfolgte recht schnell. Was ich dann erlebt habe, war der Hammer. Eine junge Frau (hoffentlich Ärztin) machte eine Anamnese. Sie führte ein paar Tests durch gab mir 2 Schmerztabletten und eine Magentablette und meinte:
"Sie können jetzt gehen". Meine Frage, ob sie mir nicht eine Spritze geben könne, wurde verneint. Meine nächste Frage war, ob das jetzt alles war, da ich nicht laufen konnte und und wusste , wie ich nach Hause kommen sollte.Sie wies mich freundlich auf das Taxi-Telefon am Ausgang hin. Andere wartende Patienten meinten zu mir:" die wollen Sie doch wohl so nicht gehen lassen?". Doch, ich hatte ja 2 Schmerztabletten. Netterweise wurde ich von einem Kollegen abgeholt und nach Hause gefahren. Zu Hause konnte ich nur auf allen Vieren kriechen.
Bei einem kurzfristigen ambulanten MRT wurde ein schwerwiegender Bandscheibenvorfall festgestellt und die sofortige Einweisung in ein Krankenhaus veranlasst. Hier wurden mir 2 Röntgenspritzen gesetzt. Die Chance an einer OP vorbei zu kommen, stehen 50 : 50. Der Nerv im Schienbein ist geschädigt, sodass dieses taub ist und auch taub bleiben könnte. Ich hätte mich gerne bei dieser jungen unerfahrenen Ärztin (im Sport würde man sie ROOKIE genennen) bedanken, jedoch kann ich ihren Namen auf dem Notfallbehandlungsschein nicht lesen. Vielleicht kann die Hospitalleitung dies für mich übernehmen.
