My room was very clean, modern, with comfy bed, a nice coffee machine, lots of power/plug ports. The view of course could've been better. Check in/check out was efficienct. Breakfast spreads was good. The best part though is the location - just a stone's throw away from the high shopping street Königsallee, surrounded by amazing Asian restaurants, and not far from the main train station. Also very good value for money. Overall, pleasantly surprised, will definitely stay here if I'm back in Düsseldorf.

We had a short stay at the hotel and couldn't fault the service we received. The person that checked us in was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
They also accommodated a last minute late check out request, which was really appreciated.
The hotel is ideally situated for Dusseldorf centre and should we ever visit again I would definitely rebook this hotel.
Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

This has been a perfect choice for a quick trip to Düsseldorf. Central but quiet, close to public transport (although I used little of it, the weather was nice and I chose to walk). The room was perfect (executive room), nice bed, everything clean, plus coffee and tea. Everything was just perfect. If I HAD to point out some improvable points: the TV was a bit old and thus a bit slow in navigating the channels (and the signal was not very good on some of them) and the minibar fridge was too small (a medium sized water bottle was the absolute maximum that could fit). Other than that, just great!

we booked the interconnecting rooms for our family so we have a bit more space. the rooms come with a coffee machine (not nespresso, but the larger pods) toiletries, soft linen sheets, mini fridge, TV, independent Air conditioning. staff are friendly and helpful. clean rooms. our rooms face the park so it has a nice outlook. more than enough space, a very comfortable hotel and pretty good for the price too! shops all around from little stores, restaurants, supermarkets etc. 15 min walk from Central train station and Maybe a 20 min walk to old Town.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are all helpful. Excellent breakfast very good selection. Good clean central hotel! We have stopped at this hotel several times and will continue to do so. Reception staff are all helpful and kind.

Very nice hotel and warm hospitality. Jazz music vibes make you feel really comfortable when you first enter the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Johannes who guided us through everything. Would definitely reccommend.

The location is great, situated just at the bottom of the well known Königsallee so walkable to most attractions. It has on site underground parking for a charge and a decent breakfast selection. We booked a deluxe double room and the size is spacious enough for two. The room was very dusty on every surface. I think the whole hotel needs a little updating, e.g. the doors needed to be slammed quite hard to ensure they are shut properly so it was very noisy when other guest were closing their doors in the middle of the night; our door security chain was coming off the wall; the toilet had black mould in the rim and the sink was badly cracked; the aircon did not work very well. As an observation, the lifts to the rooms were immediately next to the front entrance and there is no key activation for the lifts so anyone could walk in. If I was a lone female traveller I would feel a bit unsafe that anyone could come in without being noticed by the front reception to any of the floors in the hotel. Other than that, we had a decent stay.
