Hotel is located close to the Rhine river. Not a big hotel, but it is very nice. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is not a big continental, but still very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Still waiting on a refund from this hotel for my stay being cancelled by their government at Christmas time. Was dissatisfied to not even receive the opportunity to move my stay or to receive a refund or partial refund based on the unusual circumstances which were out of my control. Would not recommend this hotel, as customer service is poor. I appreciate that you state you have a non-refundable rate and refundable rate but at the time of booking only one room was available and it was non refundable as previously advised to in my initial contact. The fact that you are not able to try to help your guests is proof of poor and unhelpful customer service and I think it is important that other customers are warned that you are unwilling to help in difficult circumstances.

Great choice if you want to stay in Düsseldorf for couple of nights with style. The rooms are small but cosy and well furnished. I really recommend the breakfast as everything is healthy, fresh and tasty with good service in a lovely restaurant. It was a pleasure to stay here on a business travel.

Great hotel. Our road facing room was quiet and stylish. It's perfectly positioned too. Thinking about booking here again for a Christmas getaway. We didn't use the restaurant. (as we're big fans of the Asian food scene in Düsseldorf.) A hat tip to the staff who were extremely helpful and genuine.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. The design elements are spot on and the breakfast was delicious. The room, while small, has everything you could need. Our room was quiet and had it not had two fatal flaws I would have given a better review. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. Rock hard. If that’s your thing - you’ll be fine. Me? Nope. The rooms also have motion sensors on the bathroom lights. Because the bathroom is integrated in the room, if you take a nighttime visit, the whole room lights up. Not awesome and there is no way to turn it off. The receptionist knew this was an issue as we were warned about it ahead of time. Had the bed and light show not been issues, we would have stayed. As it stood we moved to a different hotel after one night.

Modern Hotel in convenient walking distance to the Main drag as well as to the Altstadt. The rooms are indeed very small as noted in other reviews . The bathroom has a glass door, there are some graphics on the door, but well, in case you share a room there is no doubt what you are doing in there ;-). The lights have a motion sensor and no switch. You have to close the bathroom door, otherwise the sensor will turn on the light on the slightest movement in the room. But with a closed bathroom door it’s no problem. The reception was very friendly and helpful, and the bar made some good drinks. Not sure about the Breakfast, it is way too expensive. There are at least 3 breakfast places in a 100m radius, you get great breakfast for half the price. There are parking garages in the area, expect approximately 18-20 Euros per day.

The rooms are very small, there's not even a chair. There is also no telephone in the room to call reception.
You suffer the noise of the air-conditioning machines that are in the inner courtyard.
While you're in bed, the automatic bathroom lights turn on and off by themselves continuously disturbing.
They didn't clean the room after our first night, when we complained at reception they told us that it was already too late to solve this (5pm) and they only offered to give us clean towels.
And the worst thing is that there is zero privacy in the room, even if you close the door, you can still perfectly see the toilet. Check the picture.
