Cost €6 for an adult, there were literally like 20 paintings at most and a few photos and non sensical sculptures and none of them were interesting, I'd finished looking around in like 5 minutes, wouldn't recommend at all

Such a strange place. Very strange. Got 2 stars because entry is free. All you can hear when you're in there is horror sounds like women screaming and oddly shaped faces on videos.

(Translated by Google) exhibits in a modern building and shows current contemporary art of the region in interesting exchange exhibitions. In addition to the building are four caryatids, so female support figures in Greek style, created in 1881 from Rhenish sandstone. They represented the fine arts, ie architecture, painting, poetry and music and adorned the gable of destroyed in the war, the predecessor building of the Kunsthalle. My photo shows her on the side wall of the Kunstverein building.

(Translated by Google) Actually wanted to go to the Munch exhibition, but the queue was too long. That didn't matter, because in the art association opposite there is the "Exhibition at the expense of a sad person" by the young artists Hedda Schattanik and Roman Scszesny, which is definitely worth seeing. Haven't seen such an inspiring and surprising installation for a long time. If you're looking at Munch, you should go here too.
