this is not a HSBC branch like in the UK or US. it's a private investment bank. they can't help you, if you are a hsbc customer from the UK or US. it's just offices.

ACHTUNG: Gerade mit einem "Namenlosen Mann" telefoniert der wohl bei dieser Bank arbeitet. Es scheint bei "HSBC Trinkhaus u0026 Burkhardt AG" gang und gebe zu sein, tagsüber zu trinken!
