Almost 5 stars, everything was fine, clean. Perfect water pressure, clean rooms, very friendly service, healthy breakfast, great overall 3 Star Hotel. Rooms were slightly minimalistically equipped, bare bone. Little more color or pictures would give the feeling of relaxation, not just a utility, however highly recommended during heavy show, convention, etc. Season and outside of them. Close to the train station, 10 min walk.

I was traveling from the UK to Sachsen and intended to commence my rail journey in Düsseldorf. I chose this hotel because it is near to the Hauptbahnhof.
The welcome was friendly, despite my late arrival. Everything was clearly explained to me. My room was spotlessly clean and offered all that one would expect. Some people have written about the heat. My room was warm, but my stay took place in July, so one must accept higher temperatures.
Reception were most accomdating when I asked for a late night cup of coffee.
Breakfast was served in a pleasant, quiet room and was most enjoyable.
All in all, a lucky find, at least from my point of view.
The price was most acceptable.
I would be delighted to stay there again (if they will have me)
Well done to all who made my stay enjoyable.

The staffs are very friendly, kind and the service is good. Our room was also very clean and nice. You can have one free espresso coffee per a person at their breakfast area. To use the electric dryer in the bathroom, you need to press a button which is placed at the base of the dryer. Just letting you know if you don't know about this kind of dryer, at least I didn't know. Unfortunately their Wi-fi system didn't work properly this time. Even so, a pleasant experience which we had at this hotel during our stay, makes me rate this hotel as 5 ★★★★★. Definitely, we use this hotel again when we visit to Düsseldorf.

Hotel was clean and well cared for. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Had no problems at all, 100% worth the price. Thank you!

3-star hotel, at walking distance to city center. This neighbourhood is full of Japanese restaurants, bars, cafès and bakeries. Apart from some local markets, you can find a Lidl supermarkt close by. Rooms are cozy, clean. Beds are comfy but wooden and squeaking when you move at night. Hotel staff is friendly and helping. They can arrange parking spot in a car park for you if you ask, but beware that parking spot will be from your checkin to your checkout.

The receptionist, Eva was extremely nice and helpful in sorting out any queries we had. Great company to be around and I can’t wait to return here in the future ????
