Sad that i have to give 3 stars, not that this hotel is bad. It's just after midnight, radiators no longer give heat, our room turning cold and made me shivers constantly. This is a pity to not let guests decides on room temperature on their own. Quality of internet connection also poor, very slow. It seems like they wanted to save cost as minimum as possible idk. Perhaps I'm wrong, perhaps they have reasons why they let the heaters off during cold winter, but still this is super inconvenience to me.

Receptionist isn't available after midnight, so nobody to call (at least this is during our stay, idk if they have different schedule if things goes back to normal). Hotel itself indeed looks dapper and posh, room was clean, staff was nice as well. Just a no-go with cold temperature and slow internet

Can't recommend this hotel enough. Stayed here for three nights in late November. Hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt very welcomed. Out room was also beautiful, with our own patio.
There is no bar or restaurant here but they have an absolutely stunning drawing room and dining area (breakfast is available).
Located outside the city center it is very quiet both at day and night, yet very easily accessible due to the tram (u003c4 minutes walk).
Definitely recommend, Would love to come back some day.

We love the atmosphere and the hospitality at this hotel. Everything is done with precision and care. Thanks a lot for the beautiful expirience!

I would give it 5 if it had AC. Will give it 4.5 stars. But not so bad after we figured out the window does open fully then it was comfortable. But really a charming place to stay. Very friendly and you get ticket for public transit which is really good. The inside decor is really something to see!

The room was nice but the people are arrogant and not helpful...We booked one night stay and paid for the parking. When checking in, we asked if we could park for a bit longer the next day. The receptionist was kind and stated it should be fine. There were not many parking reservations on the next day. But the next morning when we were checking out, the other receptionist made a huge deal of it saying we were only allowed to use it until 12pm, because other guests may want to use it. I understand that they have limited spots, so if we were taking up the space, we should compensate . But we had to pay one extra day stay even though we took the spot until 2pm and the hotel reception time is from 3pm. When we came back to take our car, the parking slot was empty as expected..It felt really cheap act for such a hotel, given we already spent about 150 euros for our stay. Will not recommand.

The hotel was wonderful . Location was quiet wit easy access to public transportation. Lovely rooms comfortable bed . Helpful staff . Overall a very good hotel. Good value. We would definitely stay there again.

Quaint boutique hotel with friendly staff and wonderfully appointed rooms. All of the staff were extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay in Dusseldorf was very pleasant.

Quick trivia - this used to be a single family's home a bit has since been turned into a hotel in the last ten years by the new owners.

With the close proximity to the city center, and the secured but limited parking situation, I can definitely recommend this as a more private and intimate hotel to stay away when in Dusseldorf.
