We stayed in an apartment on top floor for five of us. Nice and modern, very clean and very friendly obliging staff. Good location for accessing the alt start, simply catch the tram just round with a handful of stops required. €20 for large taxi to airport.

The place was very nice.
I really like the breakfast.
The only issue was that i had to close the window due to the noice,but then the room would turn a bit warm because of that.
Other than that, i had a good time there????????

The hotel is a little bit under construction but in use
The rooms a tiny bit modern
Furthermore it is not that clean but they clean the rooms up everyday
It has no AC soo in summer it cans get really hot in the rooms
The staff was really friendly and they had a really late check in

Newly renovated and with the design of our time. The room was clean and the check in was quick and easy.
Negative was, unfortunately, that the shower was clogged and I had no fun at all to get the hair (and who knows what else) out if the drain in order to avoid flooding the bathroom.
The toilet seat was loose too...
However, they a kind, friendly and helpful! The price is really ok and that you have a tramp station in front of the hotel makes you 100% mobile!

The hotel is well renovated and rooms are cozy, little small but they have all you need. Excellent for your business trip. Staff is nice specialy the lady working in the restaurant Vesna she is very nice, and Amir the guy working on the reception. 4 starts because they don't have fridge in the single bed rooms.

Recommend, prices and services really good. Also very good location. Minor problem difficult to parking at the area if you are with a car.

Good value for money. Hotel Am Spichernplatz is a basic hotel. Friendly people, clean with a basic interior.

There is a tram running near the hotel, so i advise to close the shutters when you go to bed.
