I love love love this place! Clean, modern, not crowded, parking, towels!!!! It is just amazing. I'm so glad I've joined! Since Feb. I've already lost 30 lbs!!! and feel great! I do weight training, cardio and swimming. Haven't taken any classes yet.
Coming here is fun. Equipment are new, the pool is great, locker rooms are easy to use, large and clean, the staff is nice and I just can't say enough, to describe how awesome this place is!!! ????

Very poor management, during pandemic was closed but were charging fees monthly. After attempt to cancel the contract - still charging for another year even if you don’t use the gym. So be careful to sign the contract it’s a black hole where you will throw many for years. And of course no communication or support. Support team don’t answer for months. Was terrible mistake to go there

Definitely a place that I don’t plan to come back, NEVER. I never received such a bad and rude treatment as I received by one of the personals. And funny thing, after they are all rude with you, they still want to sell their classes for 100 euros/ hour hahahaha (wish this was a joke because it’s truly unbelievable).

The staff in the reception are nice and kind, but do not know all info to guide you. I scheduled an swimming CLASS (which means learning and improving technique) with the receptionist (nice and polite), we saw I wasn’t being charge because of my qualitrain membership and he told me it was all fine, that I wouldn’t be charged and everything was good.

Next day, I went to the class and the “professional” was rude and humiliating saying that I was trying to do class without paying. I tried to explain that I did all procedures with help of the receptionist and she rudely told me: “that’s not my problem” (good, because that’s not mine either), I offered to go to the reception to clarify and pay and she refused at all my offers (while being EXTREMELY rude and telling that I was jeopardizing her job (???)). After all bad treatment she offered me to swim for her to see my level and do a evaluation - it was a class and it was visible other persons did not new basics - all of them were trying back swim and could not do it.

After that, more humiliation, she told me to book private classes with her because dealing with me in class (supposed free class, no one knows) would be “too exhausting” and that I didn’t knew anything and would get her to lose her job.

Horror show gym, I am pretty sure Düsseldorf has better to offer.

Lady’s shower strongly smells like urine and the water stays there flooding everything, it’s disgusting.

Never experienced such low quality and cheap management! very slow and defensive in attending issues when you as a member have a problem. diplomatically rude and ignorant to queries.
The management is very kind and friendly till you sign the contract. There after you become a total stranger, they often escape responsibilities, you should ask time after time till your request is attended, in case of a brocken machine or facility the best treatment the management offers is to "block" your "membership" and "access" to all the branches for an un declared amount of time till the time the repair is done. In my case after EIGHT month of waiting, I learnt the repair is done when my bank account got debited. That is how the announcement came in. The management is good in debiting your bank account, not even once or twice...
I never recommend it at least Provinzialplatz branch of Holmes Place to anyone for the awful "Management" of it!

The gym is okay But the service is a s***
Example: the charge u for a lock..
For me a shame!

A good gym but!!!!!!
inflexibl, rigid and arrogant marketing / customer service model.
Not willing of understanding the customers in exceptional cases.
Premium marketing and customer service work other way around.

Floors in the wellness section were slimy and not clean. One could fall hard. 90° sauna is too small, cushions of the lounge chairs smell pungent.
