Nice hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but I really liked it. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the man was helpful and nice. Slept well, just a thin duvet. Breakfast was fine and very tasty. Top hotel and highly recommended.

Nice and organized hotel. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy. Staff is very friendly. Price value is really good. Hotel area is nice and quiet place. Just one minus is there is no fridge in room. Especially need it in this pandemi time.

In a very quiet area, so it doesn't matter where your room is (hence upgrading to the garden side isn't really worth it.) Generally the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, modern, with large opening doors, a comfortable bed, excellent shower and thick curtains. My only complaint is it was very warm (no aircon) so we had to keep the doors open all the time we were in - it seemed the whole hotel was kept warm. Will be great in winter! The room and bed weren't large but fine for a couple of nights.

The hotel provided good quality service in terms of room, cleaning, amenities. Very well organized, nice staff with helping nature.
I recommend for couples, business persons. This hotel also having a bar inside, which is provided beer, scotch.
The breakfast is included in hotel booking, it is very good quality breakfast and healthy one too.
I will visit in future,

Nice modern rooms but with a sorry lack of convenient electricity plugs and very slow internet. It is not really for the demanding business traveller, but if you don't have a need for these things, the rooms are very nice. Friendly and ok breakfast German style. The Portier could be a bit more response. It takes quite some time to get from the hotel to the airport as the connections are so-so but frequent.

It is very quiet and nice hotel, especially if you need only good bed, clean room and breakfast. Very good location for visiting University Hospital or Heinrich-Heine-Universität (HHU).
