Exceptional customer service. The receptionist very kindly lent me a UK-EUR adapter as my phone had died. Life saver! Room lovely and shower great. Perfect location. Thank you!

So far all good! Closed the window no noise! Found nearby a very nice sushi plase oh sushi quite pleased

First the good stuff: it was in walking distance to my workplace and the tram station was literally the at doorstep of the hotel. Also it is close to some really nice restuarants. Now the not-so-good: I was given supposedly the best room, which turned out to be a tiny cubby-hole on the top floor with the roof at a funny angle. The room was too small with my luggage very close to the door. This; even though I was a single occupant. I was there only for one night so I put up with it, but if I had to stay longer it would be difficulty to manage. Also, the hotel does not have a restaurant. Only breakfast available.

Nice and affordable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast as well, if a tad expensive at 15 Euro.

My room in particular was located on the ground floor, though, right next to a streetcar stop, so I did not have the most quiet of nights.

Internet Connection really really slow - you cant load a video/movie. not even your instagram
feed. rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff could be nicer, but all in all im satisfied

Comfortable stay. Hotel is located in residential area, hence quite.
Heating in winter is very good. Breakfast has variety but €15 is costly and also no fruits. Just one melon.
Near vicinity to restaurants, shops, bank.
