Very good branch of Frittenwerk, the attended was kind and could speak English and was very very patient to me trying to speak German. Food came fast but the place wasn’t very crowded. They have a good external area where you can bring your pet but unfortunately only one high table (counter table) that was already occupied - in my case I cannot sit to eat due a disability, so I always look for places with this counter table. Prices are adequate to the portion of food and it was very tasty.

Brown sauce 10/10. Super authentic, possibly the best brown sauce I’ve had outside Quebec.
Fries 7/10. If they were fresh I think they would have been amazing. Obviously got a good crunch normally, but mine were a bit old and chewy.
Cheese 3/10. As a cheese it was tasty, good melt, did its job. As poutine squeaky cheese it was… not. at all. The poutine was a great delicious poutine, but for those Quebecois looking for some squick squick on their fries, unfortunately I think it’s important to mention that you’ll be disappointed.

Service 7/10. Super friendly and fast, would have been 10. But 2 different employees checked my order while looking at the poutine, and both of them ignored my special instructions. So I had to throw away some unwanted food, instead of it just not being put on my plate.

The food was tasty as always but for some reason it wasn’t as warm (and fresh?) as we got it in other branches .if the children weren’t so hungry we would ask to get a warmer meal.

Came again and the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly

Nice atmosphere! Great food! Great service! We always go once a month as a family thing and so far its hasn't been bad. Sometimes though it does get full and there might not be a place to sit but you could always get your food to go!

Some really awesome food especially for those tinder dates;) but in general it's an awesome place for families to enjoy the best chips that Germany can offer with a massive variety of sauces and toppings!

So good! The entrante doesn't look very promising but the inside is beautiful and the food is even better. The poutine is an upscale more gourmet version of what you'd get on the streets of Quebec, and the pulled pork is very good too!

Came across this fast food restaurant whilst in dusseldorf for the weekend visiting the Christmas markets. Food is fast u0026 tasty, does get busy with limited space to sit. Really good overall
