Wow, ich hatte heute die schlechteste Erfahrung was Kundenservice anbelangt seit ich bei Calzedonia Kundin bin. Eigentlich war es sogar die schlechteste Erfahrunh, die ich JE ALS KUNDIN gemacht habe... Ich habe gestern im Store in den Bilker Arcaden 2 Strumpfhosen aus der Kaschmir Kollektion bei einer blonden Dame gekauft - für jeweils 14,95€ (was wirklich nicht wenig Geld ist.) Zu Hause angekommen wollte ich meine neue Strumpfhose anprobieren und merkte, dass sie auf Höhe des Knies ein Loch hatte (Größe einer 1 Cent Münze). Ich ging also vor ca. einer Stunde in den selben Store in dem die selbe Dame stand - sie hatte dort scheinbar die Leitung - und schilderte ihr, was das Problem war. Jedoch wurde ich von ihr nicht ernst genommen und sie gab mir hochnäsig zu verstehen, dass das Loch nur durch mein Verschulden hätte entstehen können. Ich versicherte ihr, dass das Loch schon vorher drin war, ich nirgendwo hängen geblieben bin und zeigte ihr ebenfalls meine nicht vorhandenen Fingernägel. Sie bestand darauf, dass das Loch nicht vorher hinein gekommen sein konnte, da die Ware im Laden original verpackt hinge. Ich wies sie also darauf hin, dass die Strumpfhosen im Laden ja nicht in Plastik eingepackt wären und jeder Kunde, der die Ware berührt, theoretisch ein Loch in diese reißen könnte, wenn er mit dem Nagel, Reißverschluss oder Schlüssel dran hängen bliebe. Daraufhin meinte sie nur, sie müsse darüber jetzt nicht mit mir diskutieren, das Loch würde ich selbst hineingerissen haben und sie würde die Strumpfhose nicht zurücknehmen. Ich bin wirklich erschüttert, mit was für einer Hochnäsigkeit und mit was für Vorwürfen man mir in diesem Laden begegnet ist. Ich habe sonst immer nur gute Erfahrungen mit Calzedonia gemacht, aber nach heute werde ich dort nichts mehr einkaufen. BITTE überprüft eure Ware zukünftig besser. Es ist wirklich enttäuschend, wenn man sich als Kunde auf seine neue Strumpfhose freut, sieht, dass diese kaputt ist und sich dann auch noch grundlos im Store von den Mitarbeitern runter machen lassen darf. Vielleicht sollte sich die Dame einen neuen Job suchen, denn das Thema Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit scheint sie nicht verstanden zu haben. Ich habe den Laden heute wirklich mit Entsetzen verlassen und werde auch meine Freunde davor warnen...
