I’ve been waiting 1:45h for my dinner to arrive. I called the restaurant about 30 minutes ago and they told me “it will arrive in 5 minutes”. We’re still waiting and no one contacted us to tell us nothing and the Lieferando APP says it has already been delivered... But it’s obviously not.
I ask for a full refund and will of course rate this amazing service.

Food was late and bad. Pasta was so greasy, it was swimming in oil. Also the artichoke pizza tasted like it was contaminated with some chemical taste like chlorine - I’m not sure, maybe the preserving agent from olives or artichokes. It made me feel unwell after eating.

Ich hab eine Stunde lang auf meine Pizza Caprese gewartet. Was hab ich bekommen? Ein paar Scheiben von der Fleischtomate, nicht identifizierbarer Käse und getrocknetes Basilikum. Schmeckt übrigens genauso, wie sie aussieht. E-kel-haft. Mal im Ernst: Die labbrigen Pommes waren ungesalzen (weswegen wir das selber erledigen mussten), am Kebab war Sauce Hollandaise aus der Packung, die Chilinuggets und Mozzarellasticks waren aus dem Tiefkühlregal und nicht einmal mehr warm. Auf meinem Salat schlabberten nebenher Dosenchampignons (anstatt "Gebratene Champignons") und schale Fertig-Putenstreifen von Rewe vor sich hin.
Ich hätte gerne irgendetwas Positives geschrieben, doch leider fällt mir dazu nichts ein. Das war ein echt teurer Reinfall...
