Nice cozy Mexican restaurant in Pempelfort area, very friendly service and great atmosphere inside. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating options available. Good collection of food with options to choose from. Great selection of drinks too. I personally felt starter portion were small if you want to share. Mix teller was good. Food wise it was bit salty for me. Overall it was nice experience.

Excellent, great mezcal, service was amazing. Food was delicious, with great prices and good quality.
The menu is not big, but it has a good variety so there's something for everyone.
The staff was really friendly and helped us with our order, even though our German is basic.
Will definitely come back to try more dishes.

Ordered the Burrito Asada. The very best burrito I've probably ever had. Not only was it exceptionally well presented with a crunchy salad, it was tremendously delicious as well overall. The meat was very well cooked, marinated well and also had great texture (i.e. the meat was soft, juicy). The sauces and salsa were very balanced in terms of flavour, spiciness and consistency. Also the salad dressing was super tasty as well. The restaurant in itself was very well lit with spectacular ambience, it was clean and the decor was very tasteful as well. The staff was super-friendly as well. One of the most memorable experiences I've had in a while.

The staff at the restaurant is super nice. Supported us the best with all the English they could manage????. The food was authentic Mexican and was super nice????. I would highly recommend the place and would go back any day.

I’m a big fan of Casitas and exceptionally good Mexican food there, it’s always 5 stars for me and Casita Pempelford is no exception here. But I have to agree with other customers’ reviews here: there are too many tables per square meter in the restaurant, you have to seat too close to other guests. It’s not okay that I can’t enjoy the delicious quesadillas because there are too many other guests around violates my personal space ????

A fun and wonderful food experience which has made me think about it for days after! I am not Mexican and have never been to Mexico, so I can't say how authentic the food tastes, but it sure is delicious.
We ended up at the wrong branch from the one where we made a reservation, but that didn't stop them from finding us a table pronto and serving us, despite being quite busy. I have absolutely no complaints about the service. They are very welcoming and on the ball.
What can I say about the food? It was delicious! The tacos looked so pretty when they arrived that it was almost a shame to eat it. Only almost! Cause once you take the first bite, you can't stop till your plate is clean.
Their salsas are in point. The habanero is fire and not for the fainthearted- lipsmacking non the less.
Prices are normal for Dusseldorf- not cheap not expensive.
I will definitely be going back there and so should you.

They serve generous portions and have plates with a combination of dishes to be able to try many tacos. If you like spicy make sure to ask for their jalapeños sauce! The place has a genuine ambiance with friendly staff. It is not very big though, so it's worth to make a reservation in advance, specially if you are many people.
