It’s a quite small GEM hidden near Rewe.
The only downside is they only accept cash. But amazing atmosphere and great ambiance. I would recommend the latte. I would give 100% for the attitude with staff. Simply amazing breakfast

They offer the healthy foods and all dishes are home made. I took the big breakfast menu. All staff are kind. They open also Sunday.

To be avoided. We ordered 2 big breakfasts which included both bread and croissants. We got only one side if bread and no croissants. The waiter said he will bring more bread to compensate for no croissants. Guess what he did not. Moreover he brought sparkling water instead of still and black tea instead of green tea. No excuses no discount no nothing. Just don’t go there!

What happened to BIRDIE?
I loved this place some years ago. Today I was surprised by a catastrophic breakfast. We had two ho drinks - both drinks amazing. The bagel though was cold and hard. The cheese was tasteless. The quinoa bowl was bad- all vegetables tasted like low quality and straight from the fridge. It was cold and absolutely tasteless. What a shame!

Love this place! It has excellent coffee, great variety of breakfast and brunch options. Staff is very nice and friendly. My favorite dishes are Açaí bowl and Lachs bagel.

Left after waiting 11 minutes for a single cup of (to-go) Americano yesterday. It shouldn't take 11 minutes to mix espresso with hot water.

Yes, it was busy. But that is not an excuse. They can either hire more staff or reduce the number of tables.

+ Excellent Coffee
+ Hinkel Bread is good
+ Cool Location in the middle of residential area

- Size too small. A bit cold in winter.
- Bagel too hard/chewy. Not warm enough
- Toasted Bread is not toasted like a panini
