Ich gehe seit ein paar Wochen zu Yoga am Sonntag. Bei schönem Wetter findet der Kurs in schönster Location im Botanischen Garten statt. Der Kurs ist wirklich toll. Man kommt zur Ruhe und merkt dennoch, dass man sich auch körperlich anspruchsvoll betätigt. Dabei wird aber ein Level gefunden, bei dem meiner Meinung nach jede/r teilnehmen kann.

Nica hat sich am Anfang über die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer informiert und die Einheiten danach ausgerichtet.
