At the moment everything is a bit older but the new owner is renovating and renewing everything. There are Showers and a steam sauna that is open at certain times. The gym can accommodate a maximum of approx. 300 people, there are parking spaces in front of the door. I find it better here than with most chains, but the price for the offer has washed up, there is more for that elsewhere. Still very cool atmosphere and nice people and not so superficial but rather familiar.

Sehr netter, älterer Mitarbeiter dort, der mich gut informiert und beraten hat. Das Gym ist eines von den kleineren, bestehend aus mehreren Räumen mit Geräten für jeden Muskel. Zur Zeit ist alles noch etwas älter eingerichtet aber der neue Besitzer ist dabei alles zu renovieren und zu erneuern. Es gibt u.a. Duschen und eine Dampfsauna, die zu bestimmten Zeiten geöffnet hat. Das Gym kann maximal ca. 300 Leute aufnehmen, es gibt Parkplätze vor der Tür. Ich finde es besser hier als bei den meisten Ketten, der Preis für das Angebot hat sich allerdings gewaschen, dafür gibt es woanders mehr. Trotzdem sehr cooles Ambiente und nette Leute und nicht so oberflächlich sondern eher familiär.

Es gibt hier viele Trainingsmöglichkeiten um den Körper bei guter Musik in Form zu bringen und auch zu halten. Ich persönlich finde das Ambiente besser als in einem Studio einer dieser Fitnessketten da man gerade Vormittags etwas mehr Ruhe beim Trainieren hat und man durchaus auch Bescheid sagen kann, dass der eigene Musikwunsch gespielt wird. Hier gibt es kein Showlaufen, keine Kleiderordnung und kein Schickimicki...hier gibt es Kompetenz, Schweiß, ein familiäres Miteinander sowie nette Leute und Trainingspartner (natürlich darf das Posing vorm Spiegel nicht fehlen ????) Zur Entspannung gibt es eine echte finnische Sauna, deren Aufgüsse selbst bestimmt werden können…man muss nur die eigene Duftkomposition mitbringen.
