We had a very bad experience at this rituals store. We had traveled to store because my friend had an allergy on her hands after using the hand balm from Rituals of Jing Relax. We reported the problem and indicated that we needed a resolution to this. She ignored our concerns and indicated that only with a valid receipt anything can be discussed further. This was extremely rude from the staff. We have been at a Rituals store in Sankt Augustin few months ago, were the staff were really polite and courteous. In this store, it was the complete opposite. The staff initially ignored us and ghosted us completely. Later, when we spoke with her she was extremely rude. We had to leave the store with an unsatisfied customer satisfaction. Never ever will we visit this store again!!!
