Nice clean hotel with helpful staff. Our room was spacious with a double bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was well laid out as a raised wet room.
Breakfast was a lovely buffet with plenty of choice of foods and variety within that choice. Vegan alternatives readily available for some foods.
The only downside was that the swimming pool was out of use (one of our main reasons for choosing this particular hotel).
Parking available in the multi storey car park adjacent to the hotel with pay and display meters.

Very good position of the hotel, right in the centre. Hotel parking available. Rooms are specious and clean. Coffee machine in the room. The hotel has a pool, which can be used by guest only once within a stay for 1 hour.

The hotel's fine but how they treat people isn't. My sister-in-law, a Ukrainian refugee, was waiting for us in the lobby. Our train was late so she was there for a while. The man working at the front desk, Mr. Thomas, kicked her out just for sitting in the lobby so she had to stand outside for about an hour. When I asked him to apologize to her he looked at me and said sorry, refusing to actually apologize to her. I sensed his prejudice against her and the other employees would only make up exuses for him. I also called four times from the train and no one would answer the phones.

Easy booking in ALL app, clean room, comfortable bed and fine breakfast. Good possibility for car parking.

Due to Hotel's Covid protocol the room wasn't cleaned everyday. Cleaned twice in 5 nights.
